HOW TO POST A VIDEO!!! you will find that most cameras and video cams take vids in avi or wmv format, now the smallest time like 30 sec can take about 50mb, so go to the internet and download a video compressor blaze media has a product you can trial, then when you vid is compressed try and upload it by going to your wall and if its too big try and split it into smaller chunks, I used the format for pocket video player V8, it works,but be careful the trail is only for 14 days,good luck
